Jerome N. Block has more than 40 years’ experience in real estate as an owner and manager of a 150-person New York City brokerage company (which he sold to Coldwell Banker). Additionally, he is a valuation consultant to numerous banks, institutions, real estate investment trusts, developers and high profile individual and family real estate owners. Mr. Block continues to manage a portfolio of commercial properties as well. GreenTire benefits from Mr. Block’s venture capital experience, his extensive management experience in all of his endeavors, as well as his commitment to participate directly in the daily operation of the company. Mr. Block maintains an office in Princeton, New Jersey.

 

 

 

Ulf Hansson has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Vasteras University (Vasteras, Sweden) and an M.B.A. from Lund University (Lund, Sweden). He also attended executive development programs at both the Wharton Executive School of Management and the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. Mr. Hansson has more than 20 years’ experience in the in the energy and utility industry with ABB (a leader in power and automation technologies), which spans areas of general management, business development, project management, design, product development, manufacturing, and construction. Most recently he was Director, Transmission & Distribution with ABB Equity Ventures. GreenTire benefits from Mr. Hansson’s extensive experience in the power generation industry, as well as his commitment to participate directly in the daily operation of the company. Mr. Hansson is a Swedish national residing for many years in New Jersey.

 

Nicholas Z. Hegedus has more than 20 years’ experience as an attorney assisting new and established businesses with a wide range of legal matters, including business start-ups, corporate organization, contracts, employment, commercial litigation, secured transactions, asset and stock sales and purchases, trademarks and licensing. Mr. Hegedus attended Deerfield Academy (1980), The Johns Hopkins University (B.A. International Studies 1984), and Case Western Reserve University School of Law (J.D. 1987). GreenTire benefits from Mr. Hegedus’ extensive legal and business experience by his direct participation in the development and structuring of this entrepreneurial endeavor, and his commitment to participate directly in the daily operation of the company. Mr. Hegedus operates his own law practice with offices near Princeton, New Jersey, and in New York City.
